SHIPPING TERMS:
The time we need to prepare an order for the shipping varies. Usually we send a message informing the production time.
Shipment from Ukraine is available worldwide.
On average it takes 2-3 weeks to deliver to the US and EU. Delivery to Canada, Australia and other countries takes at least 3 weeks.
You can choose the EXPRESS delivery option when placing your order. This will fasten the delivery time.
We'll do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them as only the post is responsible for the shipping terms.

If you have an issue with your item, please contact us. We gladly accept returns and cancellations.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for custom or personalized orders.
CONDITIONS OF RETURN:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
